Terms and Conditions For Using This Site and Service

As a registered seller I agree to the following:

1. I will never knowingly misrepresent alpacas I place for sale on this site. All of the information provided for each alpaca for sale will be as complete and accurate as possible.

2. I will never share my login and password with anyone else. If I suspect my password / login has been compromised, I will change the password on my account.

3. I am ultimately responsible for all activity associated with my seller account on buyandsellalpacas.com.

4. I agree to never list alpacas not owned by me or my farm. I understand that listing alpacas which I or my farm do not own is in violation of the terms of use of this website and will result in my account and listings being immediately suspended.

5. I agree to be ultimately and solely responsible for any arbitration that arises between me and buyers of alpacas I have listed on this site.

6. I understand and agree with the Select Herdsire Criteria. If my male alpacas do not meet the criteria I will list them in the respective Alpaca Males For Sale section of the site.

7. I understand and agree that there is an additional fee if I wish to add alpaca videos to the site.
